Экономайзер Cadi-Mic – это дополнительная защита от превышения значения давления углекислого газа в резервуаре.
Применения экономайзера Cadi-Mic дает тройную экономию:
1. Экономия углекислого газа. Экономайзер Cadi-Mic не допустит выброса углекислого газа в атмосферу через предохранительные устройства резервуара.
2. Экономия электроэнергии. Экономайзер Cadi-Mic снизит давление в резервуаре до того, как включится холодильный агрегат на резервуаре.
3. Экономия ресурса работы холодильного агрегата, т.к. холодильник меньше включается в работу.
Экономайзер Cadi-Mic устанавливается между резервуаром и газификатором СО2 и работает в автоматическом режиме.
Экономайзер Cadi-Mic имеет два положения: «Жидкость» и «Газ».
В положении «Жидкость» через экономайзер на газификатор идет жидкая углекислота из резервуара.
При повышении давления углекислого газа в резервуаре до верхнего заданного оператором значения экономайзер переключается в положение «Газ». При этом на газификатор пойдет углекислый газ из «газовой шапки» резервуара, снижая тем самым давление в нем.
При снижении давления углекислого газа в резервуаре до нижнего заданного оператором значения экономайзер обратно переключается в положение «Жидкость».
Экономайзер Cadi-Mic состоит из:
1. Кран-переключатель с электроприводом (материал – нержавеющая сталь),
2. Блок автоматического управления,
3. Комплект монтажных частей (основной материал – нержавеющая сталь).
Гарантийный срок эксплуатации – 1 год.
